نمونه شرط  داوری نهاد بین‌المللی داوری فناوری و دانش‌بنیان

تمام اختلافات و دعاوی ناشی از این قرارداد یا مرتبط با آن، از جمله مسائل مربوط به انعقاد، اعتبار، فسخ، نقض، تفسیر یا اجرای آن، به نهاد بین‌المللی داوری فناوری و دانش‌بنیان ارجاع خواهد شد و مطابق با قواعد داوری نهاد بین‌المللی داوری فناوری و دانش‌بنیان به صورت قطعی و لازم‌ الاجرا حل‌ و فصل خواهد شد. این شرط داوری به‌ عنوان توافقی مستقل از قرارداد اصلی محسوب می‌شود و در هر شرایطی لازم‌ الاجرا خواهد بود.

Arbitration Clause of the International Arbitration Center for Technology and Knowledge-Based Companies

All disputes or claims arising from or related to this contract, including issues regarding its formation, validity, termination, breach, interpretation, or performance, shall be referred to and resolved by the International Arbitration Center for Technology and Knowledge-Based Companies, in accordance with its arbitration rules, and the decision shall be final and binding. This arbitration clause shall be considered as an independent agreement from the main contract and shall be binding in all circumstances.
